Who We Are
Owned and operated by HCF, the newly renovated GB Suites and Event Center in the Historic Gilliam and Bisbee Building are thoughtful, unique gathering places for the community and private events. This restored 100-year-old event center and hotel is in the heart of Heppner, Oregon. The 7,000 square foot second floor contains 4 brand new suites each with personal 1.5 baths and a coffee bar. There is an adjacent large common area with a kitchen, lounging area, and giant gathering table, making it the perfect place for families to spend time together, or for small parties.
Heppner Community Foundation (HCF) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization established to build, connect, and celebrate community through events and fundraisers, manage a community event center (Gilliam & Bisbee Building), and aide economic development activities in Heppner, OR.
The Howard and Beth Bryant Foundation (HBBF) empowers Heppner through purposeful giving, and active engagement to ensure the community's bright, sustainable future. The Howard and Beth Bryant estate has supported dozens of community enhancement projects since its establishment in 2015, and continues with many new projects in the works. The Heppner Community Foundation (HCF) was established in 2019 in partnership with HBBF to address local resource needs, and help Heppner thrive as an inclusive and vibrant community.
Willow Creek Reservoir
The Willow Creek Park and RV Campground is located on the Willow Creek Reservoir approximately a half-mile up Willow Creek Road from the junction with Highway 207 at the Heppner City limits. Relax, go fishing, boating, swimming, camping, and enjoy the scenic Willow Creek Reservoir at the base of the Blue Mountains.
Willow Creek Community Park
The Willow Creek Community Park has two pickleball courts, an outdoor fitness park, basketball courts, and a large lawn area for a picnic or family gathering. The Community Pool is close by for a summer swim!
Willow Creek Country Club
Willow Creek Country Club at Heppner is a semi-private golf course. It is open to play by out-of-area people for payment of green fees. Willow Creek Country Club course is 1750 yards in length with a par of 30. It features 18 separate tee-offs and Willow Creek comes into play on six of the holes. The golf course is located one mile Northwest of Heppner on highway 74/207. The members of the golf club welcome play by visitors to South Morrow County.
