Balm Fork suite is handicap accessible with 2 bedrooms, and 4 queen beds (2 in each bedroom). First from the elevator! Includes coffee bar, mini-fridge, living room, and dining table. This suite can sleep up to 8. 

Guests have sole access to the entire private 750 SF Suite and also to the shared common area just down the hall. This area contains an additional breakfast bar, a large gathering table, and a lounging area.

The suite includes private bathrooms and a breakfast bar, a living room, and two bedrooms. The television is for streaming from the guest’s personal device as there is no cable. The Building has fiber-supplied Wi-Fi. This space does not allow for cooking. The newly renovated building is ADA accessible!

For each additional person after 2 there is $20 charge per guest.

Our Hinton Creek Suite is a spacious 2-bedroom suite with a gorgeous view of downtown Heppner. One bedroom has 2 queens, and the other has one double murphy bed. There is a second murphy bed in the living room for additional guests. Suite 3 has a coffee bar, mini-fridge, microwave, and large living room. This suite can sleep up to 6.

Our Sand Hollow Suite has 2 bedrooms with 3 bunk beds in each (6 beds in each bedroom, twins on top, doubles on bottom). It includes a living room with a coffee bar, mini-fridge, and microwave. This is the perfect spot for biking groups, traveling teams, or just a fun spot for a family. This suite can sleep 10 - 12. 

Guests have sole access to the entire private 650 SF Suite and to the shared common area just outside the suite. This area contains an additional breakfast bar, a large gathering table, and a lounging area.

The Conference Room is located upstairs, adjacent to our suites, with an occupancy of 30 guests.
