Balm Fork suite is handicap accessible with 2 bedrooms, and 4 queen beds (2 in each bedroom). First from the elevator! Includes coffee bar, mini-fridge, living room, and dining table. This suite can sleep up to 8. 

Guests have sole access to the entire private 750 SF Suite and also to the shared common area just down the hall. This area contains an additional breakfast bar, a large gathering table, and a lounging area.

The suite includes private bathrooms and a breakfast bar, a living room, and two bedrooms. The television is for streaming from the guest’s personal device as there is no cable. The Building has fiber-supplied Wi-Fi. This space does not allow for cooking. The newly renovated building is ADA accessible!

For each additional person after 2 there is $20 charge per guest.
